Welcome . Come take a peek at my lifestyle in my village called Moraira in Spain.

It is May 1st and our fiesta calendar begins with a three day gourmet fair on the promenade overlooking the sea. Our local restauranteurs have organzised all the colourful stands. We have such a variety of cuisines to choose from.

Our local band parades all through the day and in the evening the music, dancing and entertainment begins.

All nationalities come together to celebrate and share their cultures in an open and safe environment.

Our local mayor participates and shares the common interest.

Summer Lifestyle 2010

Where am I?
World Cup Final 2010
Spain are the World Champeons.
Son campeones del Mundo.
We spent an electifying few hours with our friends watching the cup final. What a place to experience true passion. It was yet another hot evening and every bar and restaurant had TV screens.

The Town Hall erected an enormous screen on the promenade over looking the sea. Such an incredible atmosphere full of excietment and anticipation. People had coloured their hair and painted their faces. Women turned Spanish flags into sarongs.

As the GOAL was scored in the last few minutes of a very tense and passionate game the whole town exploded. Cars were tooting their horns, people sitting on the roofs as they paraded round the village. Then the fireworks added the final explosion of colour to a magical night for Spain.

No it was time to party. Fiesta! throughout the night.
